APPOINTMENT Salón Vi encourages clients to book their next appointments before leaving the salon to secure the date and time that works best for them. If your preferred date and time that are unavailable, we will place you on our cancellation list. Should a cancellation occur, we will reach out to you via phone, email, or text CONFIRMATIONS , DELAYED ARRIVALS, and CANCELLATIONS While direct contact with a client isn't always feasible, we will make every effort to confirm your appointment three days in advance using our online booking system via email and text. We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations, as missed appointments prevent us from serving other clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we genuinely empathize with those situations. Please note that missed appointments may incur a service fee. We recognize that occasionally, you may arrive late for your appointment. The time you have scheduled is yours to utilize as you see fit. SERVICE POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with your color or cutting service, please contact us to schedule a complimentary adjustment within three days. Please note that the adjustment policy does not cover changes in style or color, and full service prices will apply after this period. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist, and we do not provide refunds for any hair services. Salon Vi cannot be held responsible for redoing hair color that has been applied outside of our salon. Corrective coloring often requires multiple sessions to achieve the desired results due to the nature of home coloring products. We cannot guarantee color services if the client has had previous coloring done elsewhere. SALÓN ETIQUETTE AND CHILDREN Salon Vi maintains the right to refuse service to any client due to improper conduct, lateness, no-shows, or any other circumstances we consider inappropriate. Our waiting areas are cozy, but they can only accommodate a limited number of people. Please minimize the number of guests accompanying you during your appointment. Additionally, children not receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. PRODUCTS All sales of products purchased at the salon are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to provide samples of any products you’re interested in, if available, with a limit of up to three items if you are sensitive to scents or ingredients. This policy enables you to try before you buy. Please note that there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds on brushes or discounted items. PAYMENTS METHODS We gladly accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we can accommodate all our guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment modifications, rescheduling, or cancellations.
-Late Cancellation: if you do not provide at least 48 hours notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
-NO SHOW / Same Day Cancellation: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation on the same day, the full 100% of the schedule service fee will be charged to the card on file
